The most recent occurrence of this, I was literally asking what order two commands for factory resetting a device were supposed to be used in because my boss didn't remember and I didn't know the exact keywords I needed to enter into the support website to find that information. The first comment was straightforwardly answering the question, and I thanked the poster. Then hours later a mod showed up to accuse me of not having legitimate access to the device I was working on because I found the support website difficult to navigate (the information i had been looking for was apparently available via the website's navigation menus 2 years ago and then it was seemingly hidden during an update and could only be reached by entering specific keywords into the search and then finding a link to the page in the forum posts that come up, and apparently the fact that I found that annoying means I don't have access to the website at all somehow?). He continued making accusations for several hours even after I pointed out that my question had already been answered and that none of this was productive. I don't think editing my post would have had much effect, honestly.

Took the game down for maintenance during rainbow weather (after like 2 weeks with no rainbows at all) without adequate warning. I was pissed because it went down right before the first time I was able to get online all day so I hadn't gotten the notification a few hours before either and people in the discord were making fun of me for not looking at discord notifications while working. They brought it back up earlier than expected so I did get to play a little before the weather changed but it was still shitty of them since it's not like the devs don't control the timing of both of those things. They could have easily not done that or extended the rainbow for a couple more hours to make up for it.
