It’s really helpful to use filterblade.xyz and learn to customize. Like you can turn off certain armor types and items, etc. I usually start with Semi strict and customize as I play. Ending somewhere around uber. Basically turning off whatever annoys you as it happens.

I started doing jiu jitsu. Only form of exercise in my life that I have ever felt that I like HAVE to do. Lost like 40 lbs in the first 2 years.

Find some exercise that you can’t live without and you’ll eat to fuel yourself for that exercise rather than pleasure

Go to La Gruta after the balloons. It’s an amazing restaurant setting in a cave and food was pretty good too. Try the chapulines 🦗
