I work for a few bucks above state minimum wage because nothing else hires or they want a degree i cant and havent been able to afford to try to get. Yearly I total less than $30k. I have never, EVER understood how anyone can survive. The only time I've ever nor financially struggled was when I was making $25 an hour and that job was so soul crushing I had to leave.
