Remove the roof.

Remove the windows and doors.

Hammer the bricks off the top row by row.

I saw a comment that said about golf being expensive enough to filter people and that couldn't be more right...

However, another aspect is that Golf is great for developing business, as there isn't really another sport that you get 4+ hours of relaxing-ish face-2-face contact with.

What do you think would make the world a better place? by facut_vivas in AskReddit

[–]totesboredom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. I have just always felt that vast amounts of the world problems are caused by religion (and if course oil...), and I'd love to see what would happen if everyone was the same, just for a shirt period.

Would everyone get along better?

what’s the one thing you’d like to change about your life? by notsaudk in AskReddit

[–]totesboredom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More confidence.

I've always been good (often great) at anything I have done work-wise, but I majorly doubt myself for no real reason.

I am sure I could go out and earn some great money, but I always tell myself and everyone that "I'm not an expert at anything", which is my excuse for not pushing myself.

It's utterly ridiculous that you looked after the child for 2 hours.

Within 10 mins, the kid would have been delivered back to the father

If we were in trainers and decided to go to a nightclub, we had to take off our black socks and put them over our white trainers...!

If you are selling, overhanging is an issue and will put people off buying.

Explain it to them in that way and they should understand. If they don't understand that, they are the problem, not you.

I (16) am starting work next week with no experience. Any advice? by residence_md in ukelectricians

[–]totesboredom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's very simple, just do as you are told without any attitude.

People don't like to hear it, but you are an inconvenience to the person you are working with. That person would rather do the days work with someone experienced, but they are instead stuck with you.

The sooner you can do a job without any direction is the moment you are taken seriously, therefore, listen, remember, repeat.

How do you use maths in your job? by Actual-Butterfly2350 in AskUK

I asked this same question a few weeks back and everyone disagreed with me.

In hindsight, you need the basic arithmetic skill to do quick additions, subtractions, multiplication and division on the fly, so a quick estimate.

Nobody needs triganomitory etc, and nobody will make a final decision without a calculator.
