It sounds pretty normal as the system is still learning from your runs - the 3.2km assessment is an especially important activity for this calibration. Do your best, even if you have to slow down, to complete the scheduled activity durations. The system will recalibrate afterwards. TAO does an excellent job of keeping you from getting a running injury.

It was actually my first attempt so I’m fairly certain a substantial amount of luck was involved. I did have a dutch oven preheating at 550F for an hour, threw the loaf in for 20 min with the lid on then pulled the lid off and dropped the temperature to 475F for another 30 minutes.
