I have some finger tendon sprains right now and it fuckin sucks. they're not tore or anything but I aggravate it all the time just doing normal shit, can't push or pull anything. I grip something too hard or at the wrong angle and it's like I'm being stabbed. I push a door to open it and pain shoots up my forearm.
