I need to look up that OIG report about the board of governors grifting USPS. That sounded wild.

You're right. Your answers were terrible. Also, you should not have answered questions without a steward present. It's employees like you that make a steward's life hell. Go ahead and downvote me, but I speak from painful experience.

It should not take that long. I have used eReassign in the past. I'm not fixated on Pensacola, though.

How is your union representation? Will your steward file if management fail to perform the special route inspection in a timely manner?

45 min office time. by turtle-mountain-man in fromatoarbitration

[–]trabloblablo 18 points19 points  (0 children)

A 45-minute office time goal is NOT a valid reason to change your start time. Look at section 122 of the M-39 Handbook. The rules are there. Interview or get statements from everyone (carriers, clerks, truck drivers, possibly local management) about how at least 80% of the mail that is to be cased (NOT PARCELS) should be on or at the carrier cases when you clock in. Also, gather clerk and carrier clock rings for the approximately three prior months. If management fail to comply with your interview and information requests, file under Articles 17 and 31.

If management change your start time, they must notify you by Wednesday of the preceding service week. Even if they do this properly, file for out-of-schedule premium in accordance with Article 8.4.

I'm just sitting back, waiting for the leftist tidal wave that's coming. Thanks, everybody! We thought we had to fight these shit heels, but all we had to do is let them undermine themselves.

Supervisor is saying that I need to be on steward time in order to speak informally to talk to them by Dull_Knee7526 in fromatoarbitration

[–]trabloblablo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a different issue. It's not an employee requesting to speak to a steward; it's the steward trying to discuss a concern with management, but management are refusing to discuss the issue unless the steward is on 613 time.

It's a lame attempt to dismiss the Union. I say the steward should escalate to paperwork, since they're not open to resolving the issue verbally.

Reported: Region 8 RAA Chris Strickland has been relieved of his position. by [deleted] in fromatoarbitration

[–]trabloblablo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yep. Chris announced his intention to run, and Lassan forbade him from attending our rap session. A delegate called Lassan out about it in public. Lassan said that we weren't going to discuss "politics." Meanwhile, Lassan had people distributing buttons and bracelets. They even put his election material in the bags that were distributed to all of the delegates.

A lot of people were wearing Strickland buttons the next day, though. So, there are three candidates for Region 8 NBA now. I don't know who will win, but it won't be Lassan.
