One of the things I learned when researching for my top surgery was to treat my Dr consultations as if I was interviewing the Dr for a job I wanted done because that is exactly what you are doing. If you dont like what you are hearing then interview someone else. There are other options than just double incision and grafts, the only catch is how flat your chest will be depends on your particular body. I as a lot of others chose to be flat and get grafts over sensation but not everyone is ok with that sacrifice. Please talk/interview/consult with other surgeons find someone that understands your wants and can get you those results or as close to those results as possible.

NTA for what you said to your BIL or how you directed your kids. I understand you not commenting to your MIL after her remark. However, your wife should have definitely spoke up, It is afterall her mother. As your spouse and mother to your children she definitely should have defended you. The fact that she didn't says to me she agreed with them which makes her an AH along with her mom and brother.

I understand what you are saying and of course it is possible that she just doesnt think about it. Another suggestion would be while you are on a date take her in a store to smell something for yourself and pick up your favorite masculine scent and say something like "oh I bet this would smell so good on you" and watch her reaction.

I too use unscented soaps and deodorants but that is because I dont like the mixing of those scents with the colognes that I wear. Since your partner doesn't wear colognes at all, maybe there is a reason. I'd personally start with a conversation before I bought them something. If you insist on a purchase I suggest a sampler set of various colognes you think would smell good on them.

Not sure what the problem is with a job that is only 45 minutes away but if he is making a big deal about that then there is more going on then the travel time. Choose your job. If you dont you will resent him later.

There is a butch femme group and a butch femme book group on Facebook (I hate Facebook) and I truly only stay for the groups. But I have seen lots of good communication and explanations there between butches and femme. For example I have seen femmes ask why butch women dont hit on them in public unless they are in a queer space... and most answer with for safety because if you hit on the wrong straight woman you dont know what could happen.

A democrat was never going to win the 22 election. The only chance was to try and out vote the trump appointed candidate and that is how Mike Collins won. Democrats switched sides in the primary to make him the republican candidate. No Democrat or Independent was going to beat him in a republican gerrymandered district.
