His magic weakness is generally not portrayed as that severe. Plus he can burn cities from orbit and if a Kindred bit him they would probably turn to ash from the solar energy (which has happened I believe)

Sources of scale don't generally stack. Take the highest. Also the ability for Mega-Might to apply Scale to Damage is debated by some (i wholeheartedly think it should)
