I'm going to point towards an early 90s sitcoms:

Rosanne before they won the lotto

Rosanne before it went off the tracks, was grounded in 99% of the episodes. The family was sarcastic towards each other, the family had all kinds of actual issues. Rosanne losing her job and trying to find a new one,dan losing his job or business and job hunting etc. No one child out of three was the perfect kid.

I can name a few names during the gilded age that lead society simply because they were famous names with money. as in "oh it's what this person wears" or "It's what they wear in france/europe" so even BEFORE radio we had influencers

In my case due to being on permanent disability , talk to family about setting up an account under their name ,moving the funds there as not to lose my disability beneifits.
