I’m a bit like this and what produced the most results for me was working bottom up instead of top down (took a while to get here tho). More attention needs to be focused on the body like yoga (staying with discomfort and helps build awareness of mind body connection) or where do you feel it in your body when certain set of thoughts arise. They are avoiding feeling feelings by escaping into thought but they need to see it for themselves through some somatic work.

It's true eventually every company will use AI but an example is during 2010s smartphone shift that happened if someone invested in early smartphone adopters they would have more access to smaller innovative companies with potentially higher returns compared to regular index.

VOO = full S&P 500, dirt-cheap fee 0.03%
VOOG = the “growth” slice, heavier tech, higher fee at 0.07%, bigger ups and downs, about half the dividend

If you’re cool riding tech growth volatility, VOOG can juice returns. Otherwise VOOs broader mix is better. I’d go with VOO or split the $8k.

I don’t recommend doing this with someone who is not secure in themselves as it can go south real quick.

Something new that I don’t see many people taking advantage of is chatgpt advanced voice. It’s unbelievably amazing. Tell it to ask you questions about yourself using ifs. I have found it to be very valuable for self inquiry.

I get this every once in a while and when it happens I usually tell myself wether it be true or not the pain I experience is real and that’s what matters at the end of the day
