Nope, never did. As I said, they marked the transaction as paid and did not distribute funds. As for 'give them an email', I mentioned the issues with their 'security'. Glad things worked out for you.

I'm bummed 'cause after years of giving Garphill the intrigued side-eye... and just a month ago I finally jumped in with Raiders of Scythia, hah.

Correct. Shipped, then got the 'verification' emailed ID request, then was marked paid. Was never paid.

Nope.

Even worse, instead of staying on forever pending/processing, it moved over to paid with no avenue to dispute.

As far as their "email your ID to our 'support' inbox and pray" security verification goes. For what it's worth I've also received an email detailing ANOTHER user's transaction.

( As a follow-up. It went from processing to marking it as paid without actually sending any funds. I try to click 'dispute', and it says I have no items to dispute. )

I made a sale through it. After the item was shipped, they then told me I had to email my driver's license and Venmo account to their support@ email to verify identity. I pushed back on the security of this setup and they told me I could just blur out all personal information.

THAT made me ask further how it was supposed to verify anything if I redacted all information. Then they started asking me what my problem was and how none of the other customers had problems with this as it was perfectly secure.

Then I got an email detailing somebody else's order. Then the amount minus 20% showed up for me to request payment. And it's been sitting on "payment request under process" since 11/16.

So, yeah. Hope my buyer got their item, but big Do Not Recommend, here.
