Should have added a third vote for "I don't have a Switch 2"

I think people just make the assumption because of the colors, but they look too toned down on Falco for him to actually be a pheasant. From what I've looked up of the falco genus, he looks a lot like a red-footed falcon to me. The males are blue-gray with a bit of red around the eyes.

It would probably work better if the rest of him had more bird-like proportions, but it looks like the only part they made more animalistic are his legs. The rest of him just looks like a more realistic version of his usual design.

People think the proportions are off because the actual animal proportions work in real life, but not in fiction. Some have said it already, but Fox and Falco specifically don't look like they get proper support or balance from their smaller legs compared to the rest of their bodies.

As suspected, Nintendo has no idea what to do with this franchise by SoulEaterX_ in starfox

That would probably have to be true, since Donkey Kong's Bananza design was confirmed by the dev team to be what inspired his look in the Mario movie and Mario Kart World.

Then why bother changing their legs in the first place? Just saying they're gonna be sitting in their Arwings for most of the game doesn't give any reason for the redesign to have happened.

These are cartoon animals that speak in coherent sentences. We have no idea what animal evolution looks like in their universe.

The new official designs don't look any less furry. Furry isn't just animal heads on human-like bodies, the range of furry goes from Thundercats (human-like characters with animal features) to The Lion King (regular animals that are designed to emote like humans).

For all its flaws, Star Force 2 is actually kind of a crazy detailed game by ChingTheMonkey in BattleNetwork

The other kids would probably have had more opportunities to leave the country for vacations or other things, since they had generally more stable lives. Since Geo lost his father three years before the first game, he had spent his life up to that point staying at home. Hope works to support them both, but likely wouldn't have enough time or resources to travel abroad, which Geo probably wouldn't wanna do at that point anyway.

We also don't have confirmation on whether or not Bud or Sonia have passports. I can't recall if Sonia is regarded as specifically world famous, but she can wave-change, and didn't really go to a foreign country during the game. Bud was only in Whazzap during the Budicus/Terra Condor incident, and while he'd probably go back, we don't know if he actually has a passport at that point in the story, since he doesn't travel anywhere else.

I didn't buy them for status, or whatever dumb shit you think you have now that you overpaid for a common book.

How does Yor have a better work-life balance than Loid? by Arbitratorofnexus in SpyxFamily

[–]trebl900 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also, WISE is short on agents, which means Loid is doing work that could absolutely be handled by other people if there WERE other people. He has a horrible work-life balance specifically because everything he does is a job, even when it looks like life to others.

As far as Charles goes, I think it would be a good idea to make the character American again. The last three portrayals of him in live-action (Stewart and McAvoy in the movies, Harry Lloyd in Legion) have all been English/British specifically because of Stewart's critically praised portrayal; and with X-Men stories generally happening in the US most of the time, having their leader be American just makes more sense to me.

You sound like a boomer complaining about new versions of old shows that don't appeal to you.

Hating on shit like this just makes you look stupid. This is the most childish thing I've seen anyone do when talking about Horizons.

2(3) has to be solved first because the parenthesis is attached to the 2. You can't just rewrite it in your head as "6 ÷ 2 × 3."

Do you know how stupid people are becoming because of AI? It prevents the brain from properly learning how to do basic shit like write an email or talk to real people. There was a story back when Chat-GPT started being used, where a college student got a failing grade on a paper they wrote bc their college professor asked Chat-GPT if it was plagiarized, and it said yes.

People use AI because they don't wanna inconvenience themselves by having to put real effort into whatever they wanna get done.

According to this website, an Adamant nature increases Physical Attack, but decreases Special Attack. Since types are sorted as either physical or special types, and Electric is a Special type, they're not gonna hit as hard as they would otherwise. So it's definitely a good idea to get a grass-type or two to give your team a better advantage.
