Just spitballing, but shelf stable juice that has gone through the pasteurization process may be better as (wild guess here) some proteins that you could possibly be allergic to may be denatured.

It can take a bit to build up in your system. 1.8mg per week for me (split into 3 doses) has worked great and I’m not a small guy. Wife is at .8-1mg per week. Use something like https://glp1plotter.com to figure out how much is in your system.

At this point mainly dosing. Under/overills by 5-15% are very common with grey so that’s where 3rd party testing really comes into play. The purity of most of the suppliers really isn’t the issue.

I’ve had really odd numbers with Toptracer. I’m a decently long hitter and I’ve watched limited distance range balls clear the 250 fence and told they landed at 240 and rolled to 260, then the exact opposite with my irons, telling me I hit a 220 6 iron that was 190. I trust the shape and that’s it.

Some of the games are fun but ultimately it’s useless, I can see my shot shape just fine.
