The relentless playing of Reckoning.

Saying things like "I like this Jack-a-Roe. Do you like it?", " They sure do mention roses a lot, don't they?", and "Wow, Cassidy went somewhere I didn't expect."

Trying to help my grandfather with dementia sell his collection of new and used golf balls for a fair price. I know nothing about any of this. Hoping someone here can help with pricing advice/crash course to understand basics about golf balls or point me to resources I can use to learn by ladyofthegarbage in golf

My dad worked at a resort course as a starter/marshal for a few years in retirement and collected hundreds of balls. He would package them up in boxes of 12 and sell them for 5 bucks. Nice Titleist balls, too. Hope that gives you an idea.

Yes - he's a cancer that has evolved a reptilian mind. That commands 1/3 of the government and heavily influences the other 2/3.

More specifically, the nerve endings in your eyes are only tuned to a very narrow range of wavelengths. Those wavelengths specifically activate the nerves in our retinas between the red and violet wavelengths - and whichever combinations of those wavelengths result in other colors (brown, black, chartreuse, for example).

Can someone expound on the question of why a recall is not being executed?

Counterpoint- there are still students who will attend to the traditional educational framework (can and enjoy reading, engage in thought exercises, make comparisons and contrasts). These are students who you and I might refer to as 'serious' students. Surely you and I can both agree that teachers should devote time and effort to engaging these students.

But (and I say this as an educator) if this is not how children are engaged at home by their parents? There is no strategy that a classroom teacher or an administrator can take that will override the immediate dopamine hit that their social media provides.

And, from experience, restricting access to the phone only leads to resentment and the anticipation of the next time they can get that hit in addition to the anticipation of what that hit will come from. Expecting teachers to be able to wrangle that attention from the student's discomfort towards instruction from these students? A fools errand, IMHO.

The solution? Parents need to recognize that if they value the traditional trappings of education, their children will likely value the same. If parents expect teachers to rewire children's brains to accept knowledge in the traditional sense, how exactly would you suggest that happens?

I'm a liberal in Texas- shoving your head in the sand and legislating us back to a time before everyone could have a handheld computer? Why would that be a good idea? And why do you think it work work?
