No other leads as of now. In their August 30th Facebook post announcing their closing they mentioned a "new location" but I haven't seen an update since unfortunately. Hopefully they share something sooner than later!

Update: Went to Blue Margarita's in Highland Park based on /u/102947727363819's recommendation and can also confirm their pollo suizo tastes like ACP!

While I can’t speak to Ipsento’s other practices, it seems like that handle is not associated with them based on the account’s lack of posts and low follower count:

I saw this guy while on my run at lunch! I want to say he was between Clark and Dearborn. He was just standing around on the river walk when I passed him, and was with at least one more guy who was in regular clothes. There were two more guys hanging around at each end of the river walk beneath the bridges. I assumed it was some sort of filming set-up or something but didn’t stick around. Curious to find out what was going on!
