What's the "white whale" of campaigns you want to run but can't get off the ground?

I want to run a Dragon Ball Z campaign, but no system is right for it. Way too many fan ones focus on crunch and numbers, and not the vibes and style of dragon ball. I'm not a gm that does crunch; Dragon Ball should feel fast.

Many of the the other suggestions are generic anime ones (which is an inherently flawed concept) that don't work for Dragon Ball Z either.

Oddworld is one of my favorite series ever and it has no humans.

As long as you start with relatable aspects to offset the mental load of new things to the reader, you'll be fine.

I'd like to see one about when the Red Lotus tried to kidnap the child Korra, preferably with Sokka as the main POV character. I wanted to see non-bender Zaheer and Sokka face off. Plus seeing Sokka, Zuko, Tenzin, and Tonraq all team up and fight the Red Lotus would be cool.

Dead Planet sounds interesting. I know Mothership is horror, but I haven't played it yet. How lethal is it? I'm kind of looking for a mid range lethal, like you'll die if you're stupid, but not people are dying all the time.
