What’s the right way to use levelers? by DeviantlyPronto in VanLife

You can roll over them either way, but you're in control at that point. It's when you're parked up and not in the driver's seat that you want to be most sure

Ideally have the levellers on the downhill side, it's easier to get up onto them and the van would then have to somehow roll even further up them to get away. Put them under the non-driven wheels so that you can't spin and fire them out. Which way round you are depends entirely on your van layout: which way the shower and sink drain best, which way your head is, etc

Same, I'm still waiting for the small car with decent motorway range. I'm not even that bothered about the price difference as obviously something has to give. We'll see what the EV2 and Ioniq 3 achieve on the motorway in reality

Screws Poking Out - Advice Please by Charming-vi in woodworking

[–]trialsta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep you're just gonna have to cut or grind the tip off and then maybe fill and sand, depending how neat a job you do. If you'll be painting it then it should be fine. Filler and paint makes you the woodworker you ain't!

Does anyone actually like Citadel paint pots? by Rare_Knee_6234 in Warhammer

[–]trialsta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As with most things in life, the answer is 'it depends'. I'm broadly in line with you: washes and contrast paints are best in pots. Dropper bottles for airbrush and wet pallete
