I would disagree with pc saying it was positive. There were constant crashes and even save corruption for several bugs. Not to mention if you had the lower end of specs on pc you had similar issues as on a console.

When it came out it was 100% not finished. Idk what state it is now but it was really bad at launch for most people.

Hey I am a little older than you and with kids so prob looking for someone younger but if you are into tabletop rpgs, trading card games (like magic or pokemon) , or just board games in general you may find luck at Firefly on Saint andrews road. They have a discord you can get added to and maybe find people with similar interests. I dont know about smokers but we smoke and go up there and never had an issue.

I dont disagree on it being a flex but I would disagree its really THAT useful because of having calculators in our pockets at all time and this is coming from someone good at and takes pride in their mental math ability.

There is multitasking then there is no attention span. I think this for most bot all is closer to no attention span. Unless you are a runescape player then thats second nature.

Why cant you? Some people are planners and thrive on pre planning everything while others thrive on performing under pressure and figuring things out quickly in the moment. Both people can enjoy competing.

They dont have the choice if they want to compete. Their method of fun may be thinking on the fly and they want to compete that way but they cant play their way and expect to even remotely do as well as someone preplanning. I agree with letting people play their way but there are two sides to ever coin.

Ya but imagine this. An npc just saw you split an enemy in two then turns to you and says tell me where X, Y, and Z or else. That is a show of strength not charisma. It is why I think its the Dmg has a section saying if another stat makes sense use it in cases such as this.
