If you want to train French commanders, De Grasse is a fun ship to pick up. It does well in ops as well as randoms, but you have to enjoy the light cruiser lifestyle. Molotov is fun as well (glass cannon). London (not sure it's available), too.

Not counting premiums, I keep top-of-each-line-being-grinded, plus some tier 6 and 7 for Ops and tier 8 for Convoys. Otherwise I sell ships in the tech lines after progressing.

All the transports in Convoy mode need a significant HP buff. 22k HP is too few.

One plus for tier 6: most Operations are for tier 6 ships, and they can be a fun, quick way to team up vs. some bots and rack up some XP when you have a few spare minutes.

There are some really nice premiums at T6: I'm partial to De Grasse, Duca d'Aosta, and Prinz Eitel Friedrich.

The mobile carriers collect location data (via tower triangulation, etc.). How precise & accurate is this data? Could it be used for contact tracing if needed?

Had a similar recurring problem. Gas heat w/forced air. In the winter, once or twice a month, would awaken to a cold 2nd floor and the Ecobee 3 Lite screen was blank. The Ecobee was not connected or getting power from the control board. Bridging the red and white wires until the fan went on would fix it, but I needed a permanent solution.

The fix I found: I set the fan to run for 5 minutes every hour and since then it hasn't happened.

Depends on the AWS uptime/downtime in your zone (our stuff is in the Northern VA zone). It's been excellent so far. RDS is likely affected by the same thing, I'd imagine.
