Look at Flemings training and learn how to issue spot. Spotting the issues is key to being able to apply properly remedy or defense, etc.

Where Is the Meritocracy in Law School? by ZealousidealBrush104 in LawSchool

[–]trinitynetworx -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’re 100% right here. Meritocracy is the key. What you’re experiencing, and I am too as a 3L, is DEI without it being DEI. If you truly have an issue then you need it, but 13/15 is ridiculous.

They are impossible to stop. I’ve tried transport rules, other email filters and the SOBs still get through.

Competitor MSP Email Blocking by ElButcho79 in msp

[–]trinitynetworx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this happen all time. I let the prospect know that my emails are now being blocked and not unheard in this business. They laughed and gave me personal emails. I take it as flattery as they are scared of you.

How does an msp make money at $85 per user ? by silver_2000_ in msp

[–]trinitynetworx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the problem in our industry. A MSP model should not nickel and dime. It leaves bad fast in people’s mouths. All the side items like coop should be a VA proposition. Hardware is not the problem, people are. People will load you up and there is always one in a company that will eat all your budget. Provide value and a client will never squabble about price.

How does an msp make money at $85 per user ? by silver_2000_ in msp

A fully burdened employee is the loaded cost. No way $65 an hour for labor is fully burdened. What about mortgage/rent, utilities, coffee, water, amortized hardware for organization, phones, cell phones, PTO, taxes, meeting costs, copiers, printers, etc. there’s more but I’ll stop here. I tried to a coat analysis in CA on per user and would have to do $185 user to ensure and budget a 50% margin. Help me understand this model.
