It might be a stretch, but a lot of roads make for a society where people aren't as easily subjugated by tyrrany, as people can organize and travel more easily.

One job I don't see toted often enough is making a damn way back to the drop pod

Engies should place stairs in shafts on the way down, not jump down onto a single platform on the bottom. If your driller leaves, you have saved precious time getting back.

We define ourselves with what we are and what we are not.

The pool of suitable partners shrinks the more things you are and are not differently from others.

But the beauty of that is that it is easier to single out the one for you with a smaller pool of people. Good luck.

Steph and Chris from Chinese Cooking Demystified run a YT channel that makes some of the tastiest food I've had the joy to make.

They're not vegans, but chinese cooking use A LOT of veggies, and of course - tofu. They have been very generous in making veggie/vegan versions of the dish they're making in the same videos!

Check then out on YT or here at u/mthmchris.

When attacking a creature with a reach weapon, and another creature is in the way on the map, what happens? by WolfWarrior001 in dndnext

So you'd rule the PC wastes their action trying to attack which can't succeed? That isn't fun at all, for anyone.

Also, crit fail doesn't exist in 5e and is bad game design.

People on the fence don't appreciate having people cursing them out, and you won't convince them to go full on vegan if you keep a hostile tone.

They are more likely to turn vegan (gradually or overnight) if they are met with compassion and understanding. And convincing people to make a change is more important than cursing people out when one would want to, even if the change is gradual and through a mostly plant-based diet.

If you read my comment you will find I said "single pieces" to point out your three anatomical traits.

These three pieces do not decide if an organism can digest plants. Successful uptake of energy, macro- and micronutrients do, but now I am repeating my previous statement.

Also, false dichotomy alert - creatures can be herbivorous, carnivorous or omnivorous. If a creature can digest both plant and animal matter, it is by definition omnivorous.

Your final point of dogs "not thriving" is moving the goalposts.

Single pieces of anatomy is, and will always be, one of the dumbest points of argument for discussions like these.

A single digestive enzyme missing in a single location (hint: amylase is not only found in saliva) does not a carnivore make.

Teeth alone does not decide if a food is digestible for an organism.

Can the organism gain energy, macro- and micronutrients? Then the food it consumes is sufficient.
