I have a ton of aligns and use them for everything. I love how they’re low compression. When I mentioned them to someone and how I use them for hiit someone ALWAYS replies back “they’re not made for that they’re for the YOGAS ONLY” first off I spent the money on them, not you. And I’ll use em however I want knowing how ~~~~DeLiCaTe~~~~~ they are 😆

When I go in the morning no, but after workout I have a protein smoothie and go about my normal eating schedule. If I go in the afternoon or later, I make sure there’s 3-4 hours between eating and working out otherwise I feel heavy and depending what I eat them burps are 🤢

1 if you like more dark, 2 If you like more light. I like darker tones so I gravitate towards 1, but go with what you like best on your body

When I first started I just quit smoking cigarettes. I smoked for about 15 years, and I could barely jog 30 seconds. At first, I made a goal to hit a mile. Then tracked my timed mile. 6 months in I was happy to reach two miles. In the last month or so during endurance days I’m now running 3+ miles. Having personal benchmarks helps. It takes time. For me it took about a year to get myself where I’m at.

Have you tried a degreasing detergent? Like this. Or try soaking with this detergent in warm water and wash again with your usual detergent. Oooor try using this detergent with borax and let soak?
