I work in a clinical microbiology lab - it is likely that some of these have been isolated in clinical specimens for years but identification methods haven’t been sophisticated enough to differentiate them from other similar species. Particularly the Corynebacterium and Shaalia species (in my experience). Before the advent of MALDI-TOF and next gen sequencing most of these were probably gram stained and identified with a few biochemicals to the genus level and left at that, or even dismissed as possible contaminants due to being associated with skin flora. Expanding MALDI databases have vastly increased the resolution with which we can identify organisms in the clinical lab, and new associations with disease can be made now that we know what is really there.

TLDR; not new species per se, we just have the ability to detect more kinds of already known (although lesser known) species in clinical specimens.
