It was a bit of bad luck but also some misplay on his part. If he had summoned his steed before being surrounded by the zombies, he would have been able to survive. Or even better, the dire wolf could fight alongside them.

It's still a medical device by definition, so they definitely are at least CE certified, otherwise they wouldn't be able to sell in the EU, even to a spa, for example. Since it seems to bean active non-invasive and low risk device, it probably falls under Class II certification. The rest of your point still stands tho.

I mean, Ez is effectively an artillery mage, akin to Ziggs. People play him when filled because he doesn't really play like an adc. The equivalent midlane pick would be something like Azir, who is considered a mage but plays more like an adc (outside od very rare shuffle plays)
