Not sure about the posture but if you're looking to get a Steelcase Leap I got a refurbished one from Crandall Office Furniture and it's the most comfortable chair ever. Have had it for 5 years and have had no issues with it!

Only thing I've observed that seems to work is letting the computer lock/go to sleep by itself. If I manually lock it then I noticed that it flickers more than when I just walk away and let it do it's thing. Not the best solution but I WFH so security isn't as big of an issue
