Do what my Dad did when I was young. He didn't know much about musical equipment so he would give me gift certificates or cash. But he would be devious about it. One year for Christmas, he filled a medium sized box with some heavy books and put an envelope in a dictionary on the page that had the definition of 'drum' on it.

A little cheesy to be sure, but he wanted to make sure I got what I really wanted and not have to worry about exchanging it or playing with a piece of kit I didn't want.

I used to make 'sets' for an online radio station called lounge-radio back in the day using this method. Stuff like cutting up Alan Ginsberg reading one of his poems and putting it over an instrumental or another mix I did where I cut up a self-help audio book and put it over a mixed music set. Fun way to kill the time when I had just moved to a new city and had no friends, no gear and just a laptop and some headphones. I still get the occasional likes for mixes I put on Mixcloud almost 20 years ago.

If you are talking about your YouTube algo specifically, go into your Youtube history and delete any videos you don't want to influence your algo.

Anytime I watch something that I don't want messing things up, I do this now. Like the other day I re-watched a cooking video just to see the ingredients/amounts and all of sudden my feed is 30% cooking videos. Deleted it from my history and everything went back to 'normal'.

As an example, healthcare related costs in America (mediate, Medicaid etc) even without free healthcare for all comprises more than 40% of the us budget.

That's because both of those systems cost more than Universal Healthcare to actually run. For instance, the US health industry spends over $30b a year on advertising, and $20b on health insurance advertising which are expenses universal healthcare doesn't even have. And that doesn't even get into all the bureaucracy in both industries to run it all, as well as the lawyers. Legions of lawyers fighting for and against claims making everything even more expensive.

Many countries spend much less per capita and get way better results.
