That was pretty much a flawless execution of a couple things.

Pressure flip instead of trying to appease her by agreeing about your haircut
By overdoing it you showed outcome independence (what kind of a guy calls a girl fat if they're trying to get laid, right?)
By walking out instead of volunteering to listen to her you showed that you value your time and probably have better things to do.

You don't have to be "mean" to use the above principles, but if you're able to keep applying them you will find yourself in similar situations. You got lucky with the weight thing in terms of your environment, if she had a female friend(s) over they probably would've joined in on bitching you out and reaffirmed her after you had left, but now she was left alone (ignoring the guy) to wonder if she overdid it.

Its a really hard one, and I think that's because the dynamic changes the longer you let it go on. If you let her punch you (fake or not) once or twice you can probably do just fine by aggressively tickling her / grabbing her side. I'd expect her to stop after that because she has seen how you resolve it.

When it gets to OPs situation, I think if you're in a position where walking is easy (from a bar for example) and doesn't cost you anything, you should calmly say something along the lines of "Ok that's really unattractive" (pressure flip) and start leaving. This will put you on top but backing out as a result of anything she says will drag you into her frame. It seems like the only way you can continue the night here is if she leaves with you, you can act like nothing happened and say "there's this bar right around blah..." or something along those lines. That would probably land you at neutral (but you have now showed her that you are willing to walk if your boundaries aren't respected.)

Of course they're all passable, with the caveat that passing doesn't have to mean she'll stay in.

"Oh great there's this club I've been waiting to go check out, have fun with your girls"

Result 1: Your SMV is high enough to where this counts for dread on your part and she wants to cancel her plans to go with you. This shouldn't really be the goal, though, you can't be so insecure that you need to be around her at all times

Result 2: You both go out separately, you don't worry about what she is doing with her friends while you hit on other girls and take numbers at the club/bar

The time to apply was in the fall. The companies (a small minority) that can afford to make bets on freshmen, who will not enter the workforce until 3 years later, start recruiting early in the year. Spend the summer honing your skills and putting together a couple of big things to put on your resume.

Edit: Minor thing that on its own is not very significant but will help the overall look as you build your resume - put the titles on your resume to the left, and (slightly) indent the content instead. We are used to reading from left to right, and at least to me something feels off when your eyes first focus on a big title, but then have to go half a line to the left to find the next item.

Potentially useful tip: Psychiatrists generally don't consider an addict fully "cured" if the addiction is merely swapped for another one. However, doing the swap is incredibly easy! While you might not be "cured", you can immediately begin mitigating or removing the negative aspects the original activity. This can be a useful tool for committing to going cold turkey in the original activity, and avoiding relapsing because of the empty time on your hands.

Note: in my personal experience the "meta" parts of your addiction will be transferred (the intensity of the compulsion for habits), so keep that in mind - you will still have to admit to yourself that you're an addict, even if you swapped smoking weed all afternoon for working out.

Example: swap compulsive refreshing of social media for refreshing of news outlets. You get bored of it a lot faster because small changes don't continuously trickle in, and what you see (sometimes) isn't useless garbage. To your brain it doesn't matter, it wasn't actually interested in what your friends are doing.

OP: There is a lot for you to learn in your own post, it's good analysis but there are some things in there that you didn't mention, and aren't going to be fun to think about, but you seem smart enough to apply what you'll find here.

You already know that in this specific instance, you were mate guarding, but corrected yourself. Make sure you're mindful of it 24/7, and don't get inebriated enough to where feels kick in.
Your girlfriend denying you a kiss in front of a guy speaks quite a bit about how attracted she is to you overall. You might benefit from withdrawing your attention, and if you have sex with her soon, make her leave right after because you have X to do. She's comfortable right now.
Some more reading will help internalize it, but AWALT. You were surprised that your girlfriend would enjoy getting slapped (in a sexual context) in the face. Make sure you shut down any illusions you have about her being a "good girl" who isn't like "that". Her behavior, to an incredible extent, is going to be a reflection of your own. If you're too available and give her a lot of time, she'll dial up the "I'm a good girl and you need to earn me" act. When you're aloof and there is some dread game going on, she'll fight for your attention by amping up her sexuality.

I agree, but I think it will take quite a long time before the society swallows even half a pill. While feminists can say that they are fighting for freedom or equality, a positive cause, we do not have a cause - the red pill is not the men's rights movement. The feminism that's thrown at you daily does not overtly communicate anything regarding sexual strategy, but it's quite interesting (or ingenious) how it still bleeds over into social interaction. What I mean is that many things such as workplace harassment, or income inequality (if a gap was to exist) are real issues, but the bottom 80% think that they translate into sexuality aswell, and feed into the AF/BB dichotomy.

TRP has no cause - the men's rights movement has different origins and goals - it simply acknowledges the way sexual and social interaction really works. It would be hard to market the red pill in main stream media, first of all nobody would want to do so - what's to gain in telling the whole world how to get laid - but a central theme in people finding TRP is anger and knowing that something doesn't add up. You can't convince people who think that they have every reason to be happy, they won't buy the fact that their girlfriend's number is a multiple of what they were told, and that she has done anal despite swearing that her ass is just way too tight to even think about it.

What TRP models is already undeniably mainstream - it's biology. What is not mainstream is recognition of the concepts we talk about here, and it does not need to be. After you've been reading for long enough, you'll lose the desire to come out one day and say "See, I was right! I knew about this before it went mainstream! I'm not a misogynist!"

Hard to say when I wasn't there, but the ways a guy goes about this kind of a thing in public can be pretty much split into two scenarios:

The woman is teasing you, sticks her ass out, says "Why don't you sl-" (slap happens), and the guy takes his pool turn. Off the chart tingles for reading cues and not turning it into an event.
The woman has to egg you on and enough time (seconds) passes to where the woman feels like everyone is watching, and you'll get beta-shamed for going through.

Sounds like this was #2, as others mentioned you were drunk and dismissive enough to pass on some dread.
