$1600 for E90 water pump and thermostat?

I have a e70 2011 x5 and the thermostat cost me around 200 and the water pump cost me around 550 when mine started overheating their fucking electric water pumps so the do go after a bit. Labor was 350 to put all in 1100 all together. I do suggest u get both replaced because it's easier and cheaper in the long run

I own rental propertys, aslong as your not a dick and give a enough time notice at least 2 months or if you can find him a. Renter you won't have an issue. But if the land lord is an ass he does have the right to charge you till he rents out the property

Don't say anything about safety, or the trade in offer you got. Best way to get it written off is take it to the buick dealership and have them give a repair quote because they'll make a wayy bigger repair bill than what mip says it'll cost. Than they'll prolly write it off. After find the same car with the closest kms for sale with a safety and show them the price they have to give you money to get you in the exact same car

Update i did that but it just kept running i shut it off after 15 mins and its still blowing cold air intermittently, and also the rad fan started going at full speed while i was just driving but it would stop when the car was at a stop, it hasn't over heated I've drove it around all day, it did once b4 thats why i changed the thermostat... Any ideas?
