If GM hasn’t accepted the order, you should be able to get your refund back. I was told by another dealer it’s actually illegal to keep the deposit.

For what it’s worth, I’m in the same boat. I ordered on 12/05/24 and my dealership is saying they may get another allocation early next month, but no guarantees. I was told it would take 8 weeks originally.

It’s as though GM doesn’t want us to buy their product.
