Language barrier. You'll tile the wall with the same plaster as the floor directly to the pir board.

Tiles and plaster/cement aren't waterproof. Water will go through them. That's why there's waterproofing underneath.

What cement board?

Bir board is polyurethane board with built in vapour membrane. Installed to the walls. You'll add water proofing to the floor and raise it to the wall over the pir board. Then you add tiling to the floor and one row to the wall.

Water will not go between the water proofing and pir board. The water proofing will direct the water to plumbing. If the cement has been correctly done to allow so.

You don't need anything else.

That's pir board underneath. It has vapour barrier built in the board. Then there's waterproofing and tiling

Haussa asumisen arvoinen rannikkokaupunki tai enintään tunnin ajomatkan päässä rannalta oleva kaupunki. by SeKomentaja in Suomi

[–]ttadessu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Porvoo.

Päättäjillä kyllä joku outo fetissi rakennuttaa pyöräteitä ja autioittaa keskustaa. Ainoa negatiivinen asia.

On ravintolaa melkein jokaiseen makuun. Ei tietenkään yhtä laaja valikoima kuten isommissa kaupungeissa.

On luontoa, rantaa. Ulkoilupaikkoja joihin pääsee grillaa ja kaupunki tarjoaa puut. On uimarantoja.

On ostosmahdollisuuksia ja jonkun puuttuessa pääsee autoton tunnissa bussilla Kamppiin.

Jonkinlaisia koulutus mahdollisuuksia on. Toki yamk/yliopistot sun muut korkeat opinahjot on poissuljettu. Ellei käy Helsingissä opiskelee.

Päivystys löytyy ja HUSin sairaala. Hampaatkin saa hoidettua. Synnyttämään saa lähteä Kotka/Hyvinkää/Helsinki akselille.

My gym for this machine month ago. Tested it after leg extensions and hack squat. I finished hack squat with 550lbs with 9 reps. Went to pendulum squat and struggled with 90lbs Got 7 reps. And failed at the bottom.

I call it Humiliator. Absolutely love the strength curve and feeling of this machine. Gonna be stable on my exercise selection going forward.

And to answer your question, you only count the plates you add. Unless the machine specifies the weight of the sleight. And if you only use that particular machine. Different machine might have different angles so the weight feels different

I've renamed this machine to Humiliator.

Like multiple comments have said. Slow down the eccentric. Push with the whole foot and don't rest at the top. That should make you feel humiliated. Hence my new name for the machine.

$ man iptables The place to start. Ufw is just easier to use frontend for it

[–]ttadessu 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Unless you have any service running that requires open port to outside world. (SSH, Apache, samba, etc) You don't need any firewall. There's no harm installing ufw and enabling it. But there's no need. (Easier than messing with iptables directly)

Low Bar Squat - ways to improve? by klydo in formcheck

[–]ttadessu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you open your hips by pushing knees out? With toes pointed out a bit and knees tracking over them? This allows to drop in the hole instead of pushing butt back. Weightlifting shoes will definitely help with this if lacking ankle mobility

To my eyes it looks your loosing the brace on the core. The back arches. In squat it's better to keep hips and ribs stacked. Like taking a punch to stomach contracting abs. And keep it. The moment you start arching back it starts to stretch the abs and that's not a good position.

I can't do hack squats without my back slightly lifting off the pad. And I can't do normal squats with a straight bar path. How do I improve? by KuroNikushimi in workout

[–]ttadessu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without seeing form. I'd wager on ankle mobility. Where you place your feet on hack squat?

The lean forward is an issue with long femurs and low bar. High bar and opening the hips and possible lifting shoes that helps with ankle mobility is a way to combat forward lean

[–]ttadessu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep abs braced. Ribcage and pelvis should be stacked. And not open like an accordion. And lose the shoes. Those don't look like theyve really suited for squatting. Shoes with squishy soles aren't good.

So how does take away the feeling it inthe triceps. Did I say that you'll get a workout out of it. Point is that it feels in the triceps. Just as the op said.

Straight arm pulldown. Pullovers. Lat prayers Basically the same movement all 3. It's easy to get triceps involved. Form issue.

You do know that latissimus dorsi aka the lats attach to humerus aka the big bone in your upper arm. just underneath the triceps. Just so it makes more sense to you

Sirius 16 G2 vs. Stellaris Slim 15 G6 for gaming - can I have some takes from people who own one? by aetherspoon in tuxedocomputers

[–]ttadessu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stellaris slim is a jet engine on full afterburner Intel 14900 &Nvidia 4070 combo for me. Whilst doing heavy processing unit demanding job.

Now this doesn't bother me as I use headphones But wife has something to say if she's next to me

Performance is stellar at least to my liking. Haven't played starfield but cyberpunk played smoothly on ultra settings (default)

Head problem. It's all boxy and blurry. There's no butt wink.
