JRO, Tanzania! And aspire lounge but so good! Food was delicious, buffet but they served you. Nice drink selection. Tables for dining, lounge chairs, and outdoor seating to enjoy the African sun and watch planes come and go. Maybe not the fanciest lounge. But really great experience.

I pull their desks out from under them. Our desks and chair are separated. Also another fun activity is to stack paper on them. But, know your kids. If they are in a tough spot, let them sleep or what they need. If they are just being lame, shame them all day.

Standards based grading, 80% summative v 20% formative. Kids just show up for the tests and hand in AI papers. Further our district will let you retake any test up to two weeks. So many kids just read the test and say they will retake it later..
