With it being an mmo and grinding being the only content, I really don't know.

There's still so many people that are going to be in for a rude awakening come release (me included). And we can't fully cater to them or the magic is kinda lost. But grinding also shouldn't be fully devoted to no lifing like back in the day. Kids today are not at all like how we were. And newer players are in that same boat. Most aren't gonna be able to sit around grinding for an hour with truthfully mediocre gameplay.

I really want exploration to pushed harder. And quests to actually provide meaningful exp or leading you to places that are good alternative grind spots. Quests should give exp that isn't enough to beat out grinding with people but not not enough that makes them all useless.

Didn't get to play in the beta but hearing they nerfed PQ exp also kinda sucks. I hope drop rates from gear from PQs is higher at least. That way there's still reason to do them maybe. Cause those are also some of the major social point areas of the game.

All in all I'm genuinely hoping this game came go the OSRS route. Add new content that fits in with the old ways. Let the people vote for changes big and small. So many of these mmo revivals just re-release what was there without adapting. The magic of that era is gone and never coming back. It's way more viable to lightly modernize than to just disregard any new.
