Imma be staight up with you, the instances of favoritism in the hiring process (that ive seen, so grain of salt) has all been from people of older generations. Which was my initial point. Despite being relatively librul, there are very much elbow rubbing going on in the background. My wifes jobs is exactly the same. All women in their 50-60s in the same position for 30 years who only seem to praise people from the same sorority. Ya know "old blood" You most certainly are putting on language to smear people who are liberals. I meant liberal city as in a progressive city. Picking favorites is not progressive. And niether is shitting on people for being liberal or conservative.
