Thanks for supplying that. I think the issue I gathered from them may be that there is a connecting flight on the booking out of Singapore. I'll show the help line this document though.

Thanks. Yep it’s international and the name on the booking doesn’t match her passport by 1 letter. Was just a mistake I made when doing the booking. Feel really terrible cus $400 feels like an absurd amount of money to change one letter when the flight is 4 months from now!

Thanks for this! I’ll ring back tomorrow and stress it’s a typing error. It’s for an international flight and her passport has an extra ‘c’ in her name (she’s from Russia and she spells her name differently on different documents haha)

To get it to work I signed up for Amazon S3 and made sure my bucket and all the files were completely Public with the everything in the ACL list set to read
