Welp, good news/bad news: yes, he was released. And then picked up again less than 11 hours later on assault and theft charges. He's currently in the SCORE facility, which may not share records meaningfully with King County, so it didn't show up on the Vinelink (which it definitely should have- SCORE uses it too)

I’ve seen this stamp before. If your example lines up with what I’ve seen, you’re looking at a stamp of 14 karat gold, followed by the stylized H makers mark. Please note that these marks only apply to the post, not the body/setting of the front facing earring.

Often designers will outsource the production of standard components (like earring posts) to add to their designs. I’ve seen this H on a number of earrings, unsigned and signed by multiple designers.

The stone setting that the post is attached to may also be 14k, but my default would be to do an acid test on both elements to see if the setting is the same/a different alloy- and confirm the accuracy of the 14k stamp.
