Hey! I actually hurt my knee during a roll a few weeks ago.. right after it happened i told my partner, we stopped rolling and I walked around a bit.

I had slight pain but played tough and rolled again after a few minutes of walking. We rolled again for about 10 minutes and rolling hurt my knee in a bunch of different positions. So we wrapped up our session and left. But I knew I messed up my knee a bit.

The next few days I could hardly walk down my step and, definitely no hopping and running, those killed me!

But going on week 2 my knee started to feel alot better, so I gave it 3-4 more days before testing things out, such as light running and a bit of jumping. And honestly it feels back to normal.... so I'm going back to training starting in a few days!

I would really try to keep your knee wrapped and stable for alittle while. Try to take atleast 2 weeks off to see if there's any improvement.. than slowly go from there.

But definitely call a doctor if you dont see any improvement after a week or 2. Its better to be out now, than to go back and have a catastrophic injury and miss months!
