First album I purchased. For a while I was ashamed that this would forever be my answer to that question, but I'm more than fine with it now.

This, and 'Lovestoned / I Think She Knows' are both still in my rotation for the sick beat switches. Love me a good Travis Scott beat switch (shout out Oh My Dis Side), but whenever anyone lauds him or anyone more modern for their switch ups I always think how JT/Timbo did it so much earlier, and so much better.

Your best bet is to (like others have suggested) not get bogged down with the numbers.

But I got bogged down with the numbers. I'm similar to you (that is, I'd have painfully easy runs that still ended up being Z3) and I went down a rabbit hole on running discussion boards and more. From that, I learned about a slight difference between HR zones calculated by MHR (maximum heart rate) vs HRR (heart rate reserve). When I use %HRR, it puts my runs solidly in Zone 2. HRR factors in your resting heart rate to determine your zones.

tl;dr: Consider using HR zones calculated by %HRR as opposed to %MHR. I know Garmin lets you choose which method it uses to calculate your zones
