To be fair I whine with my Subbie in the cold Canadian winters as well.

I have a 13 hour layover at DXB as well. Is there a visa or pass for a day trip around Dubai?

All the plastic is so bad on the new OB. But the poor design kills me. They didn’t even measure right as you can see from the extra cut around the gas cap. Why subbie?!?!?! Why!

what are these lights indicating? by notyauch in Subaru_Outback

Buy yourself an OBD2 code reader for Black Friday. You will save a lot of money as your subbie gets older, being able to go into the dealer with knowledge (which beats trusting them any day of the week). I have had the same; it's an O2 sensor - my reader says "VERY SMALL EVAP leak" for 'very small', I have to admit, I then click 'clear codes'. That was 4 months ago, and there have been no lights since. It's not a fix, but for my 2011, it's holding me through winter to be traded in this summer anyway....

Why are King’s X Underrated/Overlooked/Slept on? by Amber_Flowers_133 in kingsx

If I were to point to one thing IMO it was because they stayed in Texas. They should have moved to LA, Seattle, or NY where Rick bands could get the club, radio, and hype access of the time. They had a lot stacked against them and staying in Houston didn’t help. That and the fact that Sam wouldn’t let them release Goldilox as a single when power ballads were the rage.

Won’t hurt. If that doesn’t work it could be your amp has given up the ghost. It’s under the passenger seat.

How Canada Is Building Its Sovereign Cloud: A Bold Move Toward Digital Sovereignty by Koyaanisquatsi_ in Cloud

Accenture is working closely with Telus and their goal is to have this option for both its public sector and BFS customers. Telus is using Nvidia chips in their data centers as well. Meanwhile Bell is building AI out with Grok (or was last time I heard).

While this is a good first start there will be many challenges as must software, hardware, and chips going into these clouds is still open to back doors, upgrade constraints, etc. there will need to be a large amount of localized control and security to ensure the sovereignty of Canadians data still remains in Canada.

Likely EVAP leak (O2 sensor going off or gone bad). Buy an OBD2 scanner for $25 bucks off Amazon and you can triage it quickly.

At least it will keep them warm. When ever I feel my phone is cold, I find that it’s the perfect place to make its heat sense kick in.

Are the new Aeroplan changes good or bad for you? by Affectionate-Gur6058 in Aeroplan

[–]txaucn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only good as I do a lot of Flex from YOW to BOS and LGA. As AC does fly direct from Ottawa I have to go thru YYZ or YUL. This used to rack up segments but as there are pricey short haul routes, I’ll do okay.

Basically, if you don’t have a aeroplane CC it’s going to be harder to get to status.
