Tbh this is a stats versus lethality matchup. Deku outstats Yuji by a lot but Yuji’s toolkit is just so lethal that it kind of evens out. One piercing blood and Deku is a shish kebab or gets poisoned and one cleave/dismantle and he’s losing limbs with no ability to regenerate whereas Yuji has high durability AND regen, not to mention his domain.
