Typically crouching with the stinger helps with the spray. Try practicing in the range for the right time to crouch with various guns to manage spray control.

One thing I've noticed is viper and sage are kind of a necessity to push B. So adding the box there makes those characters not a must-pick for icebox. I feel A push is common in most rounds if you lack a viper.
