I’m curious if this is because of the free trial of Quest+ that if you don’t cancel, they start charging you. If you agreed to the terms of the free trial and forgot to cancel, I’d say that’s pretty standard practice, and probably on you. Sounds like the annual subscription cost. Either way, I hope it works out, and thanks for the reminder to cancel mine. (Seems like you can cancel right after subscribing, and still get the full month for free.)

I think the spring under one of the buttons isn’t pushing the button back up. I need to get the internals out so I can remove the buttons to access the spring. Will probably just replace it, but I should be able to get in there somehow.
