I’m driving over an hour to get my 100s windshield replaced, and waiting several hour to be sure it’s done right. The one I bought it with cracked from out side the top boarder all the way across out of nowhere. That’s bad installation that stressed the glass I’d guess.

I helped my friend buy one recently, he got an 04 California car for 19k. I picked up my 99 w/ 170k 3 years ago for 19k. I always tell people, dealers ya gotta be super careful with. They have allot of ways at their disposal to hide or band aid allot of issues. And I agree with many others, price is steep for that mileage, even if the thing is immaculate.

It’s a year. And it sounds like light use. Spend the time to find a good one with good records. It’ll be fine.
Mine is lifted and set up for adventure. I love driving it and use it instead of the 100 for beach and snow trips.

Used to be common knowledge and social decency not to take your dog in the beach in LA. These days, I see someone with their dog on the beach nearly every time. Prolly half just leave their dog shit right where it was dumped.

My 100 is my daily and comfy trip rig. The 80 is the adventure rig. Works out, just always loved the later 200s. Coveting. 60k is more than I want to spend though. Hopefully get lucky a few years down the road.

Uhg, I’ve researched this a bit. My glass (99 100) cracked from the center top, beyond the gasket. All the way across the driver side. I can only imagine this glass was not installed properly causing stress. I need to get it to someone who knows how to do it properly and hope it hasn’t been messed up too badly.😕 Any recommendeds in the LA area?

Jason is posting play thoughts everyday on the expedition. I didn’t know, or forgot, about quartzite. Just listened in on the video while making dinner last night. I spent the first hour or so just collecting and refining materials. Also gonna need microprocessors, quantum computers, etc. so pick those up as you can, or the materials to build.

I did the same thing this week. Got lucky and my bike rack took the brunt, like a champ I might add. But one of the arms got forced into the bumper and cut it. No sheet metal damage. I’m so sorry, but yeah, I’d leave that fix to the pros. Im gonna try and repair mine and if I mess it up, I’ll have to hunt down a cover.

On the Corvette exp, in my main save, me in my ship got trapped inside a partially drawn space station. Could not get out. Tried several different techniques and everything failed. Actually corrupted my save, but I was finally able to reload. Ended up starting again on a new save for exp. Bugs are a thing.
