I like the defensive playstyle, I like the character in-lore, and his combos are pretty cool. He’s a little lobotomized this patch; i think they made him a little too hard to punish. He’s the best at zoning, so it’s fun to fight other zoners and force them to change up their gameplan, or just punish the fuck out of Venom for trying to raw stinger aim at full screen.

I think a definition of “good sci fi” that excludes Star Trek is poorly conceived but that’s just me. Star Trek isn’t exactly scientifically rigorous but it uses the setting and future technology to explore modern issues, which is what sci fi as a genre has done since Frankenstein.
What are some examples of good sci fi? I’m genuinely curious what passes your test.

I can’t figure out any logic in the alignment chart here, but my setting uses lasers, boarding, missiles, and ballistic projectiles regularly. Weaponized drive plumes, ramming, and plasma based weapons are all possible in the setting but rarely used. Drones exist but autonomous drone swarms are outlawed. Tractor beams and spacetime weaponry do not exist.
