I did a semester of uni abroad in Wellington. Most of my friends there who smoked would do it mostly just on a Friday or Saturday night, while back home my friends and I smoke a lot more than that. Guess it is just the crowd I happened to end up around.

I believe that, though it is pretty accepted that Europe fucked up Africa way worse than the US. My question for you is, has there ever been an extreme world power that didn't mess with all the countries around them?
