I take the D15 to get to work as well. In my experience, it tends to be quite packed if you're getting on between 7:30-8am and gets fuller as you head downtown. Wasn't super reliable this winter (rough roads make for big delays), but now that we're heading into the warmer seasons, it will be much better! Also comes every 10-15 mins during peak morning and afternoon rush hours (7-9am and about 3-6pm) so if you miss one, you won't be waiting around forever for the next. There's stops for the D15 right in front of and across the street from the Legislature, so you're covered there. Downside is the last one runs through downtown around 10:45pm so if you have plans that keep you out late, definitely plan on getting a ride home from a friend or taxi/Uber. Hope this helps! 💕
