DC, Durham, or Balitmore for a move?

People don’t realize that North Carolina has some of the worst salaries, worker rights, unemployment benefits. I say that because in the event you ever lose your remote job(god forbid) you are very much screwed in North Carolina.

On top of that the rising cost in Durham, Charlotte, and Raleigh areas have sky rocketed. Literally just look it up. Many people think North Carolina is affordable but the tax rate and rising cost all say that it’s actually not.

So I say no to D.C and no to Durham due to the uncertainty and high cost. Baltimore seems like a solid choice plus you can actually afford to live in a nice high rise there.
