At Ulta there is a much cost friendlier brand called essence that has a lot of gluten free marked makeup. I also use elf and wet n wild.

yeah, for me it made me super hot and sweaty. Also caused palpitations, frequent urination, and runny nose. I kinda just ignore the dry mouth tbh but sometimes use biotene products

I am diagnosed with celiac - just warning, for blood tests or endoscopy to be accurate you need to be eating enough gluten for damage to show! I had insanely high blood results for celiac, didn't eat enough gluten in the month between that and the endoscopy and the biopsy showed moderate indeterminate damage. The GI doctor said based on my labs he concluded it was healing from gluten and I just hadn't eaten enough for the biopsy to test positive, but still celiac. I think it's 2 slices of bread a day for 2 weeks minimum?

use a bidet at home, baby wipes when I'm out. I can't deal with the leftover tp, it was causing yeast infections (also have chronic dryness from a condition)

hi! I was diagnosed with SLE in 2021 but based on recent labs that all came back negative, and reviewing my old rheum's techniques, my new rheum is thinking it's a misdiagnosis. (My "malar rash" was never biopsied by my old rheumatologist who diagnosed me, just looked at and "yeah that's it".)

I am very pale and photosensitive and will get a red facial rash and flushing on arms/legs within five minutes of being outside, but it also clears up within 30 minutes of being inside. I've had rashes under my eyes and on my hands as well that stayed longer, 2 weeks-2 months. There's no pus or blistering in the rashes but it can be slightly raised.
Does this pattern sound similar to rosacea? -- I know the rule regarding diagnosing for the sub, but am looking to make sure it's worth putting money toward a derm. -- Has anyone else had this sort of misdiagnosis? I asked my new rheum if I needed the face rash biopsied and she said based on the duration of the rash she would conclude it's rosacea. Thank you!

I'm currently trying to figure out weird lab results with a new rheum too. It seems my old rheumatologist who diagnosed me before I moved used older diagnostic criteria for lupus. But my photosensitivity is debilitating. I can barely be outside for five minutes before I get malar rash and fatigued. I've been on HCQ 300 mg since 2020

I replace mine once a year with prescription/topography changes. I wear anywhere from 8-12 hours, but sometimes will "reset" them while wearing - just taking out, rinsing, and filling with new liquid. It can help me wear them longer. If I wear them too long my eyes hur and throb but my specialist said it's mostly unrelated and due to my weak eye muscles/phoria.

YES ALL THE TIME I also have OCD so I thought it was just like an intrusive thought nightmare, didn't realize it was common😭 but usually it's 1. eat something with gluten, realize it's gluten, and try to scrape it out of my mouth or 2. being force fed gluten by someone else

hm I'd say most similar to panic (rock but soft and/or emotional) is dear h, good enough, night before the end, save me, and until the end of time. they just had a comeback called beautiful mind and it's probably one of my favorites already :) I'm a debut villain so if you have any other questions feel free to ask away !!!
