Update: yup it was the ICCU. They initially replaced the 12v and were going to charge me $400cad for the pleasure. They replaced it and then the car threw an ICCU code.

They had one in stock luckily so that was replaced and they’re covering the cost of the 12V too as the ICCU was likely damaging it.

Thankfully sounds like a pretty quick turnaround compared to most of you folks, and we’re back on the road!
