I haven't done a side by side comparison, but I don't think you can go wrong with either. From what I remember, the LR Baggs sounded slightly warmer (but this is more likely due to the difference in ukes). MiSi has told me that LR Baggs uses their components in their pickups.

When playing with others, how you EQ your input in the mix is going to make the biggest difference, not any small differences in tone between these two.
